Terms and Conditions

1. There is a non-refundable Registration Fee of £90 on the 11 Plus Course, payable on the first course only.

2. 11 Plus Course fees are payable termly in advance.

3. For the 11 Plus Course, the School will send you an invoice and indicate the latest date(s) for payment of fees. If you do not pay fees by the date(s) indicated, the course may be cancelled and no refunds or credits will be given.

4. Parents must inform Beaconsfield School of Education of any medical condition, infirmity or allergy their child may have, or if their child takes any regular medication

5. If you cancel an 11 Plus Course at any stage or a Summer School or a Mock 11 Plus Test Session, no refunds or credits will be given. This includes in the case of illness, emergencies or any unforeseen circumstances.

6. If your child misses any 11 Plus Course lessons or Summer School lessons or a Mock 11 Plus Test Session, no refunds or credits will be given. This includes in the case of illness, emergencies or any unforeseen circumstances.

7. The School reserves the right to change the timetable and/or venue and/or learning format of the 11 Plus Course and Summer School lessons.

8. Beaconsfield School of Education reserves the right to cancel a Mock 11 Plus Test Session. If Beaconsfield School of Education deems it necessary to cancel a Mock 11 Plus Test Session, Beaconsfield School of Education will refund any fees paid. Beaconsfield School of Education will give as much notice as possible of any cancellation.

9. Lessons and Mock 11 Plus Test Sessions are subject to cancellation at short notice in the event of extreme weather, unforeseen illness or other circumstances beyond Beaconsfield School of Education's control. What is deemed to be outside Beaconsfield School of Education's control is determined by Beaconsfield School of Education at its sole discretion.

10. Beaconsfield School of Education reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel an 11 Plus Course or Summer School before it has started or to end an 11 Plus Course or Summer School at any point during the course. If an 11 Plus Course or Summer School is cancelled before it starts, the School will refund any fees paid. If the School cancels after it has started, Beaconsfield School of Education will refund the fees paid for any scheduled lessons following the last taught lesson. No other refunds or credits will be given.

11. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any accidents or injuries which students, their family or guardians may suffer when attending a lesson or Mock 11 Plus Test Session. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to or loss of the property of students, their family or guardians. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury caused by students, their family or guardians to others. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for damage caused by students, their family or guardians to the property of others.

12. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any cancellation costs incurred by students, their family or guardians.

13. Beaconsfield School of Education may contact you from time to time by email for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted, please contact the School by email.

14. Beaconsfield School of Education reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and Beaconsfield School of Education's published fees immediately and without prior notice.

15. Payment of 11 Plus Course and Summer School course fees must be by Bank Transfer to the School's bank account from a UK bank account.

16. Beaconsfield School of Education may use your or your child's image and/or written comments in its publicity. If you do not want Beaconsfield School of Education to use your or your child's image or comments, you must inform the School in writing.

17. Any contract for goods or services made will be with Beaconsfield School of Education, also trading as Beaconsfield School of English, BSE Beaconsfield and BSE.

18. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any failure to deliver goods or services ordered in whole or in part. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any delay in or interruption to delivering goods or services. Beaconsfield School of Education shall have no liability whatsoever for any defect to goods or services that is caused by events or circumstances beyond its control.

19. In the event of either power failure or equipment failure/loss, Mock 11 Plus Test Session instructions will be provided instead by an invigilator.
